At Uniessence, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a request.

Returns

We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If your item is defective, please contact us at 📧 support@uniessence.store within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

📌 Please note: We do not accept returns for non-defective items.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for any reason, as long as the desired product is available in stock.
To request an exchange, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at 📧 support@uniessence.store.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending back items for exchange (unless the product was defective).

  • Exchanges are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • For defective products that are returned

  • If we are unable to fulfill an exchange request

⏳ Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the item is received and inspected.

Refunds are always credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note:

  • We do not refund shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
