Returns

We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival .

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

Exchanges

We offer exchanges For any reason, as long as the desired product is available in stock .

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending back items for exchange ( unless the product was defective).

  • Exchanges are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds
